Sending and Receiving Documents from the eFolder

When working with loans in Encompass that were submitted from a Consumer Connect website, borrowers, business partners, and other recipients must follow the authentication process when providing eConsent authorization, viewing loan files, responding to requests to provide loan files, accessing eDisclosures, or viewing notifications about changes in the status of a loan file.
