Administrator Settings Overview
Use the features and tools in the Encompass Consumer Connect administration portal to manage and configure Encompass Consumer Connect.
These settings and tools are available on the left navigation menu of the administration portal.
Administrator Settings
Incomplete Applications
Locate and preview incomplete applications, submit them to Encompass and convert them to a loan.
Borrower Lookup
Find a borrower, temporarily reset a borrower's password, check a borrower's verification status and resend the verification email if necessary.
Website Builder
Set up a custom URL and connect loan application recipients and folders.
Loan App Settings
Determine the style of the loan application to use on the site, specify the loan types and whether to include ARM and CHARM disclosures. Also, control whether applicants are required to create an account before applying for a loan.
Loan Template Rules
Create and organize loan template rules.
Services Management
Enable or disable services such as Order Credit, EPPS, Automated Underwriting, and Asset Verification.
Borrower Loan Portal
Control whether borrowers can upload files outside of a task, if contact information for the loan officer and loan processor is shown to the borrower, and control password requirements for borrower accounts.
Email Notification
Set up confirmation and system email notifications.
