Overview
Welcome to Simplifile and the Simplifile application. The Simplifile application is an easy‑to‑use web‑based application that speeds up your recording process and saves you time and money. It provides a streamlined system that lets you easily submit, receive, record, and return electronic documents with little or no delay.
Submitters create electronic packages and fill them with one or more electronic documents that need to be recorded. These packages are then submitted to recording jurisdictions (states, counties, cities, townships, boroughs, parishes and so on) for review, acceptance or rejection, and recording.
Detailed reports and an archived recorded document history help keep your files organized and secure.
