Learn more about the latest Encompass web interface releases:

  • On December 23, 2025, Encompass 25.4 December Service Pack Critical Patch 3 was released for the Encompass desktop interface to provide updates in preparation for the upcoming 2026 loan limits and Reg Z annual threshold adjustments. To help ensure that accurate loan limit data for both 2025 and 2026 is available in your Encompass desktop interface and web interface, it is strongly recommended that you upgrade to the Encompass 25.4.0.4 release in the desktop interface before downloading the new 2026 loan limits and Reg Z annual threshold adjustments files that will be available in the Encompass desktop interface starting on the evening December 23.

The Encompass LO mobile app provides mobile access to leads and loans, allowing loan officers to immediately respond to interested prospects to ensure retention and conversion, monitor the status of an existing loan or an eSign package, and follow up with clients, all from outside of the office.
