What's In This Release

Form & Tool Enhancements

• Funding Worksheet Calculation Updates (ENCW-78537) - Funding Fee check boxes now update the Total Deductions and Wire Transfer amount fields. In addition, changing the Overwire Amount field now updates the Wire Transfer Amount field without requiring that the user select Apply.

• Details of Transaction Section Updated on Fee Itemization Form (ENCW-79067, ENCW-80217) - To maintain feature parity with the desktop version of Encompass, the Details of Transaction section on the Fee Itemization form as been replaced with a Qualifying the Borrower section.

• Milestone Timeline Updated to Display Completion And Estimated Completion Dates (ENCW-76579) - The Milestone Timeline has been updated to display dates indicating when completed milestones were finished and when incomplete milestones are expected to be completed.

• Added Prequal Credit Report Check Box to Borrower Summary Forms (ENCW-64976) - A Prequal Credit Report check box has been added to the Credit Information Section of the Borrower Summary Origination and Borrower Summary Processing forms.

• MI Calculator Disabled on VA Funding Fee Amount Field When Funding Status is Exempt (ENCW-56069) - Updates the VA Funding Fee Amount field (field ID 1826) to be disabled when the Exempt Funding Fee Status field is set to Exempt.

• Ability to Waive Escrow for Mortgage Insurance (ENCW-74447) - Added the ability to waive escrow for mortgage insurance payments for a loan. Previously mortgage insurance payments were always included by default and could not be waived.

• Added Additional Renewable Energy Component Fields (ENCW-80240) - Added three additional Renewable Energy Component fields to the Freddie Mac tab on the ULDD/PDD input form.

• Added Padlock Icon to Child Support Field (ENCW-76872) - Added a padlock Icon to the Child Support field (field ID 272) to enable users to match the desktop version of Encompass.

• Update to VA 26-1805 Reasonable Value Form (ENCW-80748, ENCW-78385) - The VA 26-1805 Reasonable Value form has been revised and organized into six sections. Two existing fields have been updated and 21 new fields have been added.

• Update to the Statement of Denial Form (ENCW-72974) - New fields have been added to the Statement of Denial form and changes have been made to the design of the form.

• New Field Added to GSE Additional Provider Data Form (ENCW-76454) - A new QuestSoft (Bor, CoBor) field (field ID GSEVENDOR.X36) has been added to the GSE Additional Provider Data form.

• Additional Renewable Energy Component Type Fields Added to Freddie Mac Additional Data Form (ENCW-78375) - To increase the number of product selections and attributes that can be sent to Freddie Mac, the Renewable Energy Component Type drop-down list has been renamed and 3 additional fields have been added.

• Update to Input Form and Tools Layout (NGENY-31003) - Updates have been made to the various input form and tools provided in Encompass to reduce the amount of white, unused space. Once upgraded to 23.1, be sure to review your custom input forms to ensure they are displaying as expected with the reduced white space.

Workflow Automation Enhancements

• Added Ability to Import and Export Workspaces (ENCW-76686) - Added ability to export one or more workspaces from one environment and then import into another.

• New Condition Added and Condition Status Updates Triggering Events Added for Workflow Rules (ENCW-76550) - New Triggering events have been added which enables administrators to trigger workflow rules when an enhanced condition is added to a loan or when the status of a specific enhanced condition is updated.

• New Service Order Fulfilled Triggering Event Added for Workflow Rules (ENCW-76559) - A new triggering event has been added which enables administrators to trigger workflow rules when a requested service order has been fulfilled by a partner on a loan.

Workflow Tasks Enhancements

• Workspace View in Workflow Tasks Now Displays Only Documents Marked as Current (ENCW-76939) - A change has been made to the workspace view for workflow tasks to only display documents marked as current.

• Task Details Enhancements (ENCW-73904) - Several enhancements have been made to the task details page for tasks. These updates include the following:

  • Allow adding comments to a task when the task is not yet started.

  • Prompt users with a warning message regarding unsaved changes when navigating away from the Task Details screen.

  • Not Started and In Progress sub task filtering combined into Not Started. Users can filter by All, Not Started, or Completed.

  • Workspaces performances optimization.
