Velocify Pulse 26.2 Sandbox Release: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved With This Release

The following issue was fixed with this release:

  • Data Sync: Some customers, experiencing sustained high workloads, encountered intermittent sync failures when pending Velocify Pulse sync jobs could not complete due to limited system resources. To address this, the sync process has been updated so that any jobs that cannot be handled by a queueable process are automatically routed to the batch queue. These jobs will then be processed when resources become available or during the next activity on any Velocify-synced record.
