Velocify Pulse 26.2 Major Release: Known Issues

This section documents the issues discovered in the Pulse 26.2 Major Release and scheduled to be fixed with future releases.

Salesforce Summer 26 Update

After the Salesforce Summer '26 update, Velocify Pulse cannot be reconnected through the UI.

  1. In Salesforce, go to Setup> Session Settings and disable Lightning Web Security.

  2. Reconnect the application from the Velocify Admin tab> Welcome Page.

  3. If required: After the application has been successfully reconnected, return to Setup> Session Settings and re-enable Lightning Web Security.

This is a temporary workaround for reconnecting the Pulse application until the issue is fixed.

Distribution Rules

For text/string fields containing multiple comma-separated values, the Contains and Does Not Contain operators may not automatically convert to Is In List or Is Not In List as expected.

  • Distribution Rules> User Filters

    • Contains

    • Does Not Contain

  • Priority Rules / Distribution Rules → Record Filters

    • Does Not Contain
