Velocify Pulse 22.3 Major Release: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved With This Release
The following issues were fixed with this release:

Sandbox Reset: If a sandbox environment is refreshed during the Velocify Pulse Reset Sandbox step, the Inbound Numbers and Call Flows are deleted from the Production org. This prevents Inbound calls from being received.
This only impacts Velocify Pulse customers with Dial-IQ.

Click to Dial: Valid phone number was identified as invalid upon initiating a click to dial, for some instances

Sales Manager - Milestone Metrics Report: In some instances, the results of the Milestone Metrics report were being grouped incorrectly. This has been fixed so that the report is consistently grouped by Agent and Milestone.

Shotgun Connect: User unable to win a record through shotgun onscreen notification and the audio chime continued to play

Time Zone Protect by State: Time Zone State A/B fields did not sync properly if the fields were mapped from related object and not the configured object directly

Velocify License Bulk Assignment (APEX): When assigning Velocify licenses in bulk using APEX, a “Too many queuable jobs added to the queue” error message displayed
