Velocify Pulse 22.3 Major Release: Known Issues

ICE Mortgage Technology is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

• HUD: 

  • Manual Dial icon missing Tooltip [PULS-3680]

  • Manage Package - Toggle Receive Leads on/off on the HUD is reset by values in the HUD, visually but is actually saved [PULS-3630]

    • Workaround: Refresh the page to see the changes.

• Priority View: 

  • VRH value for Custom object not displayed [PULS-3679]

  • Default Lead Priority View can be saved without any column(s) mapping [PULS-3670]

    • Workaround: If you save with default (no mapping), Edit to the priority, delete the fields you do not need, and map the default fields listed. If you delete before the mapping, the issue will be encountered.

• Sales Manager: 

  • Last Month filter does not display Unassigned Records [PULS-3677]

  • Report header displays Velocify Sales Manager - Accounts with no Activity insyead of Velocify Sales Manager - Person Account with no Activity [PULS-3644]

• Legacy Progress Bar: Redundant Help icon displays in legacy progress layout [PULS-3656]

• Long Action Names: Action names with more than 80 characters are not word-wrapped in the Action window [PULS-3653]

• Async Task: New Async task is created when a synced/Unsynced record with Unsynced Status is updated [PULS-3640]

• Shotgun Distribution: Error displayed when agent takes a call [PULS-3638]
