Velocify Pulse 21.4 Release: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved With This Release

The following issues were fixed with this release:

  • VRHI Priority Rule Tracking Logic Update: Priority Rule to VRHI associated only if Action / Call Made is within 5 minutes of seeing the prioritized record

  • Priority View: Check boxes not displayed

  • Sales Manager:

    • Distribution Detail in Call History not visible to user with Sales Manager Permission Set

    • Records Created and Unassigned Records in Sales Manager home page updated to include Person Accounts

  • API Settings: SFRest base URL deprecated
