Velocify Pulse 21.2 Release: Known Issues

ICE Mortgage Technology is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

• Email Composer: Email composer window in the List View page does not load and displays an error message if SMS is also installed. Email composer should not check and return error on composer modal when composer is loaded for a record in text channel.
• Salesforce Mobile App: Card view should display on 100% of the screen ( instead of 50%)
• State-Based Time Zone Protect: If using State-based TimeZoneProtect, if you turn off the feature active distribution programs failed to distribute records.
• Softphone: When you click the Softphone link (on the HUD), to transfer a call with multiple Pulse tabs open on your browser, each browser tab opens a new Softphone instance.
  • Workaround: When transferring calls, it is recommended to have only one Salesforce tab open.
