Velocify LeadManager 23.1 Major Release: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LeadManager is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
The following issues have been fixed with this release:

Encompass CRM to Velocify Single Sign On: Login failed when user clicked the Velocify SSO login from Encompass CRM

Lead Management: When configured, new lead SMS notifications were not sent to agents when a new lead was created

Dial-IQ: SMS sound alert for new messages played when SMS template was triggered

Reports:

Dialer Reports: Manager of a Group unable to see the Call History report even if they had Velocify Reports - Enabled: Group permission

Custom Reports: When pulled via the GetReportResults call, Custom Reports with fields including a forward slash (/) as a templated filter returned blank results. To fix the issue, forward slash (/) has been removed from field names in the results. Starting with this release, results will provide the Id and data under each column in the report.
