Velocify LeadManager 21.2 July Service Pack: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LeadManager is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
Fixed Issues
The following issues have been fixed with this release:
- Encompass API Sync: Users with the new Encompass Integration APIs were unable to map Loan Officer assignment changes from Encompass back to Velocify.
- Duplicate Management: Velocify admins were sometimes notified of duplicate leads to reconcile when there were no duplicate leads in the reconciliation report.
- Email Opt Out: CC-ed or BCC-ed email recipient's unsubscribe request was sometimes not working correctly. This has been fixed so that each recipient's unsubscribe request is tracked discretely.
