Encompass Investor Connect Release Notes - 23.1 Major Release

The Encompass Investor Connect 23.1 Release Notes describe enhanced features and fixed issues in this release, including the enhanced features listed below. Refer to the online help and the Guides & Documents page for additional information and related documents.

Partners Can Now Create Announcements That Display on Their Deliver Loans Window - Partners can now configure their own partner-specific announcements and schedule them to display on the Deliver Loan window when lenders package loans for delivery to the partner.

New Document Delivery Options Setting - A new Document Delivery Options setting has been added to the Deliver Loans setting in Encompass to allow administrators to configure whether documents are packaged for delivery based on a stacking template or based on document statuses.

Updated Layout for the Deliver Loans Setting - The user interface for the Deliver Loans setting has been redesigned.

Personas Setting Updates for Investor Connect Settings - The Personas Setting option for configuring access to Investor Connect Settings has been moved from the External Settings tab to the Settings tab.

Whitelist New IP Addresses to Continue to Receive Webhook Notifications

Starting mid-2023, ICE Mortgage Technology’s webhooks will be sent from new IP addresses. If your company subscribes to webhook notifications (including Developer Connect, Investor Connect, AIQ, Partner Connect), you’ll need to update your IP Address Whitelist, and add the new IP addresses to ensure uninterrupted receipt of ICE Mortgage Technology webhook notifications. Please do not remove the current IP addresses from your whitelist.

We encourage you to whitelist the new IP addresses between now and April 30, 2023 to avoid any disruption.

Action Required: Please work with your corporate technology, IT, or security team to add ICE Mortgage Technology’s new IP addresses to your company’s IP Address Whitelist between now and April 30, 2023. Please do not remove IP addresses already on your whitelist.

• Who is affected by this change? Any customers or partners that subscribe to webhook notifications from ICE Mortgage Technology.

• Which webhooks are affected? All ICE Mortgage Technology webhooks including Developer Connect, Investor Connect, AIQ and Partner Connect.

• What happens if a company doesn’t make this change by April 30, 2023? The company’s firewall and security measures may not recognize ICE Mortgage Technology’s new IP addresses which could disrupt any integrations or processes that rely on webhook notifications.

• Can companies whitelist ICE Mortgage Technology IP addresses before April 30, 2023? Yes, you can make these changes immediately. We encourage you to make these changes as soon as possible.

• Should companies remove the old IP addresses from their whitelists? No, existing ICE Mortgage Technology IP addresses should not be removed from whitelists to prevent any disruption.
