Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Fixed Issues
The following issues were fixed with this release:
- Softphone: On some instances, Softphone was not enabled for some users although they had the correct license and permission sets.

Sync: Installing an upgrade removed one or more synced fields
- User Permissions: Exceptions in debug logs were not created when users without permission sets edited records
- Widget Layout:
- Unable to create or edit widget layout if the standard Lead object was not configured for use with Velocify (IsConfigurable = False in Custom Settings)
- Unable to create a widget layout if Lead object configuration was deleted
- Pull Preview:
- Priority View displayed instead of Pull Preview in some scenarios
- Take Records button was active even when no records were selected in the Pull Preview. Clicking the Take Records button displayed an error message.
- Dial-IQ:
- Unable to transfer calls between users in some scenarios
- HUD displayed oversized fonts on some instances in Chrome
