Feature Enhancements

A new Async Tasks metric has been added to the Sales Manager Home page. This metric displays the number of current Velocify Async Tasks. If there are more than 5000 Velocify Async Task records, the metric will display as 5000+. This metric is intended to highlight potential data syncing, validation or access issues to help keep Velocify running as expected.

Velocify Pulse has been focusing to achieve WCAG 2.0 Level AA compliance. This release continues those efforts by addressing keyboard accessibility throughout the Velocify tab, HUD (Dial IQ dialer blade), and the Sales Manager tab. Updates include:

• Keyboard accessibility in the Sales Manager Navigation Menu, Calls and Lead toggle buttons, Velocify Tab Object Selector and View Selector, HUD – Audio toggle, List View Take action menu, List View auto-open
• Ensuring proper UX field and button labeling: Object Selector, View Selector, Search Magnifying glass
• Indicating live regions for screen readers
• Updating tab sequence in the HUD
• Removed the Compact layout hover that was previously available in the Velocify tab when hovering on the Salesforce record link

Velocify was initially designed with intent that the Lead object would be the primary object that is used with the application. To support this, the Lead object was a default configuration prior to this release. With this release, if you do not use the Lead object with Velocify, ICE Mortgage Technology Support or Professional Services can deactivate the use of the Lead with Velocify Pulse. Doing this will remove the Lead from appearing as an option in the main Object Selector in the Priority View.

Distribution Program JSON formats have been updated with this release. If you have an older version of the JSON saved that you update prior to importing, you will need to export the new Velocify Pulse 21.1 Pulse JSON files to use as your base file format.

Unused components have been removed from the Velocify Pulse Managed Package.

The following updates are included with this release:

• References to unused components were removed from the permission sets to be able to delete them
