This section documents the issues that will be fixed in a future release.
Issues to Be Resolved in a Future Release
ICE is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

Sandbox Refresh: Priority View assignments are not copied over to their sandbox orgs

Import/Export: Error message displays and import fails if export file is renamed and imported to the same org. Error message content is inconsistent.

Tooltip: Help tool tip does not load and an error message displays

Engagement Progress Bar: Widget does not automatically update in some scenarios. Error message displays if the page is idle for more than 110 seconds

Call Recordings Widget does not load and displays an error message

UI Settings (Admin): Save button is inactive unless you enter a value in Call History settings

Browser Issues:

Chrome: Authorization Request fails

Firefox: Some elements such as Desired Quantity selector in Pull Blind programs are oversized compared to other browsers

Disconnecting and reconnecting an org fails in the reconnect step and displays an error message. Workaround is to refresh the page.

Call Quality Report: Submit button in Call Quality Report (in the HUD) is always gray

Pull Preview/Blind: If Velocify Search View is missing a mapped object, Pull Preview/Blind does not load as expected

Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS): Salesforce Lightning theme colors not applied to legacy Velocify Sync Status component as VisualForce page

Batch Calls/Emails:

Priority Channels collapse if a batch call or batch email is initiated

When disconnecting a batch call, two windows are displayed for the action, instead of one

Error message should display when reconnecting to the org (after disconnecting from it) fails (Setup->Remote Site Settings).
