Updates to Agent Phone Not Saving
Updates to Agent Phone in the Dial-IQ HUD now immediately save to the Velocify rules engine.
DIQ-Provisioned Numbers No Longer Copied from Production to Sandboxes
The copy of Velocify provisioned numbers are now prevented from being copied to Sandboxes during the Sandbox refresh process.
License Synchronization
Pulse Licenses are now synchronized to the Velocify rules engine as users are deactivated within Salesforce.
Known Issues
Issues to Be Fixed in a Future Release
ICE is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:
- Managed Package is missing default Detail and HUD layouts
- Import fails when importing a file just exported from the same org
- Default value gets loaded instead of saved value when swapping between Multi-state and All State setting - doesn't get the last saved data
- Import fails when importing large size (> 2MB) JSON config file
- On Sales Manager and Velocify Admin pages, menu for each section has a distorted display
- Audit Logs Report: Sub-groups are not listed in group filter drop-down list
- When HUD loads in an Incomplete mode (small HUD), it still displays the pop-up option
- Firefox and Microsoft Edge Browsers: Create Event auto-refreshes Priority/List View page
- Warning or duplicate error message not displayed when importing duplicate list of programs
- "You have no leads! Would you like to get more" message does not auto-display when toggling between multiple object views
