26.2 July Critical Patch

Release Date: July 28, 2026

Known Issues identified in the Velocify Pulse 26.2 Major Release have been fixed, and workarounds are no longer needed.

26.1 April Critical Patch

Release Date: April 9, 2026

The following issue has been fixed with this release:

  • Dial-IQ: Some outbound Click‑to‑Dial calls experienced delays and failed, with a recorded voice message stating, “An application error has occurred, we’re sorry”. This has been fixed so that calls now connect consistently.
