Velocify Pulse 24.2 Major Release: Feature Enhancements

Continued a11y compliance support across end-user facing pages including, but not limited to, the following areas in Velocify Pulse:

• Admin Home page, includes setup Wizard

• Sales Optimization - Time Zone Protect

• User Management - Licenses, Permission Set

• Communications - Dial IQ Settings

• Settings - Export Criteria, Object Configuration, Copy Status, Sync Fields, Branding

The Priority Views page defines the objects and fields associated with specific Priority Views. To access this setting go to Admin Home > Sales Optimization > Priority Views.

In addition to extensive updates to the Priority Views page UI, the following updates are included in this release:

• Tooltip updates:

  • Inbound Call Flows Page - Numbers column

  • Priority Views - Users column

• Extensive updates to Add/Edit Priority Views page:

  • New button to view currently assigned users

  • Updates to the Columns tab

• Updated Users tab within the Add/Edit page

• Priority Views Main Page: Updates to Delete action including redesigned confirmation window

• Add/New Priority View page updates: Support for pre-mapped fields/columns for new multi-object views

  • Mapped fields are added automatically to the Columns table when creating a priority view for a single salesforce object (existing functionality)

  • With this release, mapped fields have been added to multi-object views, based on the Object Configuration page, to help streamline the configuration time.

  • If a field is mapped from a different object source it is carried over into the Priority View config. For example, if the Company field for Contacts is sourced from the Account object, that should be reflected.

• UI/UX updates after the Save button is clicked

The Sales Manager - Call Reports - User Activity Summary report has been redesigned using Lightning Design System.

Date and Log Type filtering mechanisms separated into two components with this release:

• Date filter

  • Single select combobox

  • Upon click, following options available for selection:

    • All Time (default)

    • Today

    • Yesterday

    • Last 7 days

    • Last week

    • Last 30 days

    • This month

    • Last month

  • Upon selecting a value, picklist menu closes, and the selected filter is applied

• Log Type filter

  • Multi-select combobox

  • Upon click, following possible options available for selection (menu options are dynamically displayed based on the different log types available for the record):

    • All types (default)

    • Call activity

    • Manual assignments

    • Manual status changes

    • Distribution assignments

    • Email Sent

  • Upon selecting a value, picklist menu closes, and the selected log type filter is applied

• Dynamic screen sizing support

• WCAG accessibility support

Starting with this release, activity log selection is retained for an enhanced user experience, so you no longer need to continue selecting the same filters for each lead or navigate through irrelevant logs.

Activity log selection is retained unless you manually update it.
