Velocify Pulse 24.1 Major Release: Feature Enhancements

Recently redesigned Velocify Admin pages now a11y compliant.

Additional pages in the Sales Manager tab have been redesigned using Lightning Design System.

• Call History Report

• Distribution Logs Report

Following improvements to the Lightning Timeline widget/Lightning Web Component included with this release:

• Manual Owner Change activity type separated and assigned a unique icon in the timeline

• Accessibility standards implemented

• Scroll bar implemented when added as a Lightning Web Component outside of Velocify

As part of the ongoing effort in updating UX components to support new framework and current technologies, the following pages may have slight differences while navigating through them. Functionality is not impacted, unless mentioned below.

• Inbound Numbers

  • Ability to update the Call Flow of multiple numbers at once is now more prominent:

    • Select the numbers to update and click the Batch Call Flow Update button

• Inbound Call Flows

• Audit Logs

• VRH Items Storage Policy

  • Previously named History Data Policy

• Call Data Storage Policy

  • Previously named Data Management

  • Now has the option to enter in a custom number of days to store between 1 and 999.

    Prior to this release, All Time rendered as 365 days. To avoid confusion, orgs with All Time selected will now display as 365 Days.

The following Error Handling and Monitoring enhancements are included with this release:

• Token Refresh Job Check on Velocify Admin Home Page: When a Velocify Admin user navigates to the Velocify Admin tab, the following warning message displays if the token refresh job is missing:

  Important!

  Velocify OAuth Token Refresh job not found. To avoid token expiration and a service disruption in the coming days, please manually schedule the 'OAuth_TokenRefresher' apex job to run nightly. Alternatively, create a support case to review other options.

• Sandbox Reset: If Remote Site Settings are missing during Sandbox Reset, the following error message displays:

  It looks like you're missing one or more Remote Site Settings required for Velocify Pulse. Please review steps to add the missing Setting(s) here.
