Velocify Pulse 24.1 Major Release: Known Issues

ICE Mortgage Technology is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

• Sandbox [PULS-6330]: Sandbox cannot be created if the dbName has extra or blank space at the end

• Setup Wizard (Admin) [PULS-6335, PULS-6334]: Error displayed upon clicking Save & Next button

• Priority View Layout [PULS-6320]: Filter funnel is cut off and cannot be viewed in widget during setup/configuration

• Keyboard controls:

  • Audit Logs [PULS-6305]: Unable to select a date value by keyboard on date picker control

  • LWC Velocify Timeline Widget [PULS-6263]: Users cannot select or navigate between Date Range options using keyboard keys

• Communication:

  • Create New Call Flow [PULS-6361]: Unable to navigate to the X icon (to close error message windows) using Alt + Tab keys

  • Inbound Source [PULS-6337, PULS-6309]:

    • Duplicate Inbound source can be created by copy-pasting long text (e.g. more than 50 characters)

    • Newly created Inbound Source only available after page refresh

• Salesforce Classic View [PULS-6351, PULS-6345]:

  • HUD error message not properly displayed

  • HUD does not load if LWS [Lightning Web Security] is turned on

• Record Distribution Details [PULS-6349]: When loading Record Distribution Details with an invalid ID, the following error displays:

  • Firefox issue [PULS-6340]: Live Monitoring page failed to update on all opened pages

  • Metric Report [PULS-6339]: Accounts created via conversion are not included in Sales Manager Metric Report
