Velocify Pulse 23.3 Major Release: Known Issues

ICE Mortgage Technology is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

• Velocify Admin tab (Salesforce):

  • Search icon UX issues (PULS-5441): Users need additional clicks or hover their cursor after clicking the Search icon in the Velocify Admin tab

  • No Results Found warning message (PULS-5446): Navigating through object tabs in the Settings|Copy Status or Settings|Sync Fields pages results in a flickering No Results Found warning message before the page displays

• Velocify LeadManager/LoanEngage (PULS-5415): When a previously licensed user is re-licensed to Velocify LeadManager/LoanEngage, their previously owned records (currently Unassigned) aren't being reassigned to them after the relicensing

• Priority View Manual Refresh (PULS-5414): Manual Priority View refresh fails and displays an error

• Related contact or account object closing action (PULS-5448): Taking an action that closes related contact or account objects and completing the take action process fails to close the related contact/Account and results in the following: Error: Apex CPU time limit exceeded

• Salesforce Classic View:

  • Error message displays behind the page (PULS-5447): Error upon failure to modify the call recording status displays behind the page instead of under the Call Recording button in the HUD

  • Duplicate logos and headers (PULS-5442): Duplicate logos and headers displayed in the home page in Classic View

• Sandbox environment (PULS-5408): Time zone configurations are not properly copied over to Sandbox environment
