Velocify Pulse 23.3 Major Release: Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved With This Release
The following issues were fixed with this release:
-
Email Composer: Bullet points were not rendering in Emails
-
Sales Manager Rep Activity Table: Prior to this release, if the last column of the Rep Activity table was a number value, the value was partially covered by the table's scroll bar. This has been addressed by aligning number values to the left side of the column.
-
Permission Set Assignment: In some cases, Custom Permission Sets that were configured in Velocify Admin to be assigned to new Velocify Users were not getting assigned automatically. This has been fixed.
-
Time Zone Protect: When configuring Time Zone Protect, admins can map Time Zone values if their existing Time Zone picklist values are different from the default Velocify values. This mapping was not working consistently and has been addressed with this release.
-
Manage Users: Search functionality issue in the Manager Users page for users without Dial-IQ
-
Call History Report: If a user had the Case object enabled for use with Velocify Pulse, Sales Managers received an error when trying to load a Record Distribution Detail from the Call History Report. This has been fixed.
-
Pull Distribution Logs: Assignment changes via Pull Distribution were not logging a VRH Item. This has been fixed. Missing logs can still be viewed from Velocify Admin > Distribution > Logs.
