Velocify Pulse 23.2 Major Release: Feature Enhancements

For enhanced Milestone Report accuracy, new option added to change the record closing process. In addition to archiving the Velocify Record History (VRH), you can now change the object milestone field Velocify Milestone ID and reset to None (0) milestone.

This feature is not enabled by default. To enable this feature, reach out to your Velocify Client Success Manager.

The following UX updates are included in this release:

• Redesigned Admin Pages: The following admin pages have been updated with a new User Interface (UI):

  • Licenses

    Known Issue: There is a known issue when attempting to both un-assign and assign licenses within the same session. A fix will be released with Velocify LeadManager and LoanEngage 23.2 Major Release scheduled for June 10, 2023. Until that fix is available, you need to separate the two actions: Un-assign licenses, save, and then assign new licenses after saving.

• Sales Manager Home: Following components redesigned using Lightning Design System.

  • Overview Metrics

    • Each metric links to the same existing report upon clicking View Report

  • Filters

    • User Groups now displayed in order of hierarchy

• ICE Branding Updates: Labels and icons being updated across the application. New Velocify logo displayed in the following drop-down fields:

  • Priority View

  • Get Leads

• New Error Message: Following error message displayed for users without licenses navigating to Velocify tabs:
