Velocify Pulse 23.1 Major Release: Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify Pulse is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved With This Release
The following issues were fixed with this release:
-
Priority View:
-
Time Out Message: Priority View timeout message displayed when it should not have. This has been fixed so that if the Priority View fails to load completely after 30 seconds, time out error message is no longer displayed. Instead, the reduced number of records that were identified/prioritized prior to the time out are now displayed.
-
Configuration: In some cases, Velocify Pulse admins were able to save a Priority View configuration with blank values as field sources. This has been fixed.
-
-
Shotgun Connect Notifications: Starting with this release, audio chimes will stop playing as soon as an agent wins or loses an incoming shotgun on screen record.
-
Velocify Actions Configuration: Previously, if an admin updated an Action title from the Manage Actions page, the new name did not update the associated Velocify Actions object. As a result, what users saw in their Action drop-down would not match what the Admin configured in the Velocify Admin tab. This has been resolved so that the associated Velocify Action object in Salesforce now updates automatically with the new name.
-
Sales Manager Dialer Reports:
-
Call History and User Activity Summary Reports: These were not exporting from Sales Manager
-
Distribution Details: Sales Managers were able to access the Distribution Details page associated to a deleted record, which would display an error message. This has been fixed so that the Lead ID and Call ID columns associated to deleted records will no longer be clickable.
-
-
Local Information Widget: Instances with Local Information widget in their Priority View Insights Panel displayed an "Unable to retrieve local information" error message. This error message has been removed.
-
Agent Status Salesforce Platform Events: Agent Status changes were sometimes being published twice to Salesforce Platform Events. This fix will be available with the Velocify LeadManager/LoanEngage 23.1 Major Release
