Velocify Pulse 22.1 Release: Known Issues

ICE Mortgage Technology is aware of the following issues and will resolve them with upcoming releases:

• Sales Manager:

  • Users with Sales Manager permissions unable to refresh data in the Sales Manager tab

    Workaround:

    1. Create a Temporary custom Permission Set

       1. Call TMP VelO SM PV Refresh

       2. Add the APEX Class = ListViewRemoting

       3. Save

    2. Assign the Velo Sales Manager users to this Temporary Permission Set

  • Column width resets are not applied on unselected columns

• Support Tools: Verify Token issue in some orgs

• Manage Package: Details not displayed for Call Distribution Detail by CallId for shotgun OnScreen

• Velocify Admin tab access: Non-system admins with Velocify Admin Permission Set unable to access the Velocify Admin tab and the following message displays:

You do not have a Velocify Pulse license. Please contact your Velocify Administrator. The Connecting Admin must first assign a Velocify License to the Velocify Admin(s).
