Velocify LeadManager 24.3 Major Release: Feature Enhancements
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing features, services, or settings that are provided in this release.
Surefire
Lenders now have the ability to push Velocify unique records to Surefire. The Velocify 24.2 Major Release only supported Velocify updates to records originating in Surefire. This release feature update applies to Velocify-only leads, created by User Manual Additions, Bulk Import, Lead Providers, Incomplete Applications, Encompass Lead Create, and Inbound Calling.
Dial-IQ
The following Dial-IQ recording feature enhancements are available with this release:

Recording formats: The following formats are now supported for greeting and voicemail sound files: wav, mp3

Updates to the way Voicemails can be recorded in the UI

You can use your computer's microphone to record a voicemail
SMS Opt-out by Agent added to SMS Reports:

Agent data added to the SMS Reports so Velocify users can view opt outs per agent and determine which agents are causing the most opt outs

Agent filter added to SMS History report

Agent ID displayed in SMS Opt-Out report

SMS Opt Out Report sorted by opt out date (descending) by default
Velocify users have multiple options to set the Caller ID that will display on the lead's phone when they make an outbound call to the lead. You can choose to use Local Presence numbers, your own My Settings phone numbers, company main numbers, etc. This will provide visibility into which Caller ID was used in each outbound call

Added a 5 second delay to provide more time to read the message displayed after Submit
