Velocify LeadManager 22.3 Major Release: Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LeadManager is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
The following issues have been fixed with this release:
-
Call History Report:
-
Data sometimes missing in the Leads column.
-
Updated so that the data is an exact match of the CSV that results from Export. Prior to this release, there were some slight differences between the report and the CSV file.
-
Response times and scrolling were slow in some instances where the Call History report had a large date range. This has been fixed to improve efficiency.
-
-
Duplicate Management:
-
Some leads were not being caught by duplicate management (API and Manual Lead Import)
-
Action Logs were removed from a lead's history once it was flagged as a duplicate instead of waiting for an admin to confirm the lead as a duplicate. Action Log history is now restored if the lead is eventually denied as a duplicate.
-
-
Filters: Items selected in a "contains" or "does not contain" filter sometimes became deselected while editing the filter if the value contained a blank space at the end. This has been fixed by automatically removing blank spaces at the end of filter values.
-
Reports:
-
Assigned users unable to run My Reports if the report included a template value
-
Exporting results of a Custom Report times-out if the report includes a large amount of data
-
-
Email and SMS: Certain Email and SMS templates sending twice when triggered once
-
Velocify Encompass Connector: Certain Velocify records syncing through Velocify Encompass Connector (SDK and API versions) even though the filter criteria were not met
