Velocify LeadManager 22.1 Release: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LeadManager is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
The following issues have been fixed with this release:

Lead Management:

Conversation logs are now posted for emails trigged when lead is created

Capitalization of the User's email in the Encompass custom field will no longer impact lead assignment

Lead Type no longer populating multiple times on the Lead Form Type page

Zillow has deprecated their GetSeachResults API. To reduce errors, the post containing this API will be disabled for all clients.

Dial-IQ: Call history report will no longer time out when trying to export

SMS Reports: SMS Reports were taking a long time to load for users with a lot of data. To fix the issues Reports have been optimized for quicker retrieval. Default Settings for these reports have also been updated so they will start with the shortest available timeframe. This should ensure faster loading of the reports for all users.

Real Time report defaults to "last hour"
