Fixed Issues
The following issues were fixed with this release:
- View Log/Take Action for Exported Leads: On some instances, an error message displayed when the View Log/Take Action icon in Normal View and Priority View was clicked. This has been fixed.
- Email Report: Email Engagement by Template report sometimes included "Unknown" templates incorrectly.
- SMS: Prior to this release, some users received Channel Limit errors incorrectly within the SMS window. Starting with this release, we have modified the way channels are managed to prevent these errors.
- Dial-IQ:
- Calls Failed When Cell Phone Used for Dial-IQ Phone: Some users experienced an issue with setting DIQ Phone to a mobile phone. To prevent this issue, update the Company Caller ID on Call Settings page.
- Phone Number Extensions: Dial-IQ Phone Number fields with Extensions did not always save the extensions. Special characters in the phone number such as #, *, and w (Pause) did not always save. This has been fixed.
