Velocify LoanEngage 26.3 Major Release: Feature Enhancements

To help protect ICE intellectual property and secure access to proprietary content, Velocify documentation now requires user authentication. This includes online help, release notes, product guides, and other supporting documentation.

Users who are already signed in to Velocify can continue accessing documentation links from within the application without any additional authentication. When accessing documentation through external links, such as bookmarks or emailed URLs, you will be prompted to sign in using either your ICE Resource Center credentials or your Velocify credentials. Once authenticated, documentation will be displayed, and credentials will remain valid for the duration of the session.

The URLs for ICE product documentation have been updated. The documentation site has moved from help.icemortgagetechnology.com to help.mortgagetech.ice.com. You should update any saved bookmarks, favorites, or other stored links to reflect the new URL structure.

An AI-powered voice agent built on ICE Aurora that automatically handles lead phone calls 24/7, engaging prospects in natural conversations. In Phase 1, the Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) manages inbound calls by collecting lead information, updating lead records, identifying available agents, and assigning or transferring calls when possible. If no agent is available, the IVA captures and prioritizes follow-up actions to help ensure timely outreach.

Outbound calling capabilities are planned for future phases.

This feature is being released as a limited pilot. Contact your Client Success Manager for participation details.

Call Transcription enhanced with more accurate mapping, enhanced performance, and a Copy button.

This feature is not available out of the box. Contact your Client Success Manager to enable it for your Velocify instance.

Improved two-way synchronization of communication preferences between Velocify and Surefire. Enhancements include support for SMS opt-outs and re-opt-ins, email unsubscribe and re-subscribe actions, and Do Not Call (DNC) status updates, helping maintain consistent consent settings across both products.

A new AI-generated Lead Summary tab is now available on the Lead Add/Edit page through ICE Aurora. Using lead details and communication history, the summary highlights key insights such as lead profile information, sales process status, engagement activity, recommended next steps, and likelihood to convert, helping agents quickly understand and prioritize opportunities.
