  • Lead Management: Manual Lead Import Service automatically installed ending the optional migration period

  • Licensing: NMLS State Licensing update activated when automatic updates are enabled

  • Email: DMARC and Unsubscribe updates

  • Asset Service: Updates include maximum voicemail recording size increase to 5.5 Megabytes

  • Dial-IQ: 

    • Improved SQL, API and resiliency of Call History report and API

    • Call Recording Transcription: Ability to view transcript of any Call Recording in the Call History Report

    • Pull Preview Click to Dial: Ability to click to call a lead in the Pull Preview window

    • Local Presence for SMS: Phone number used to send SMS to a lead will be chosen based on proximity to the lead's area code

    • Telephony Compliance updates

  • Encompass Web Interface: SMS support
