Velocify LoanEngage 25.2 Major Release: Feature Enhancements
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing forms, features, services, or settings that are provided in this release.
Dial-IQ

The following Area Code Based Call Recording enhancements have been included with this release:

Pause/ Resume Recording Control: This setting needs to be enabled. If this setting is disabled, the Area Code Call Recording won't work as per expectations, and you will be unable to switch on (or off) call recording during a live call.

New Default States Button: A new Default State Compliance Settings button has been added to the Area Code Call Recording UI - Call Recording Not Allowed Section. When clicked, default area codes - CA, DE, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NV, NH, PA, WA, CT states are filtered out from call recording i.e. Call Recording Not Allowed checkbox gets selected.

New Reset All Button: Use this to reset all the Area Code Call Recording by State settings.

If an agent opts out their phone number from SMS by texting "STOP", text messages such as new lead notifications and reminders will not be sent to the agent. Agent can opt back in by texting "START"
Prospect Engagement

Prior to this release, creating an Opportunity from a Lead from Prospects (Encompass web interface) required the acting user to have both their Encompass username and password stored in their Velocify User Settings. This meant that Encompass users with restrictive SSO (which does not assign a password) were unable to utilize the Lead to Opportunity feature. Starting with this release, the mentioned process will no longer require an Encompass password for authentication.
