Velocify LoanEngage 24.1 Major Release: Fixed Issues

This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LoanEngage is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved with This Release

The following issues have been fixed with this release:

  • Get Lead [VEL-67748]: Get Lead button deactivated after being clicked one time.

  • SMS Calendar Event Reminders [VEL-67094]: The system continuously attempts to resend SMS reminders for SMS opted out leads

  • Gateway Timeouts [VEL-65310]: Posts timeouts reported in one Velocify instance

  • Confirmed Duplicate Report [VEL-66305]: Performance issues [report took 30+ seconds to load] when navigating between pages

  • New Manual Import Service [VEL-64328, VEL-65859]: 

    • Using Manual Import Service to update a lead with LeadId resulted in an error

    • New MIS Lead update was overriding the lead's system values with defaults when update scope is Global

  • Lead Import [VEL-65462]: On Lead Import when SMS Opt Out equals True, and a Phone field is invalid, values in Phone fields updated with a strikethrough, and Do Not Call - Mobile red text displayed next to them
