Velocify LoanEngage 23.2 Major Release: Fixed Issues
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LoanEngage is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Issues Resolved with This Release
The following issues have been fixed with this release:

Lead Management:

Distribution (VEL-53471): In some cases, when a post was triggered upon lead import it would revert the initial user assignment. This has been resolved so that the post process and assignment process no longer conflict.

Logs (VEL-53190): Lead logs were taking too long to return results due to overall volume in the UI. To fix the issue, Lead Log returns have been reduced to 10 per type. The full list is available in reporting.

SMS (VEL-56485): Following error message incorrectly displayed in the SMS Chat window:
Send message: FYI: We were unable to complete your request. Please check that the phone number is mobile capable.

Campaigns (VEL-44358): Lead Source could not be deleted resulting in usability issues.

Script (VEL-49399): Data from script form fields was being removed. To fix the issue, the Script Form View in the Lead Edit page will now refresh if you take an action that changes the status of the lead. This will prevent the user from then saving field values using the outdated script form, which can have unintended results.
