Velocify LoanEngage 21.3 Release: Fixed Issues

This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Velocify LoanEngage is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Issues Resolved with This Release

The following issues have been fixed with this release:

  • MISMO v3.4 Export: Velocify Lead ID has been added to the V3.4 export file. Location: Loan Identifier container. Loan Identifier: [Velocify Lead ID], Loan Identifier Type: 'Other', Loan Identifier Type Other Description: 'Velocify'

  • Encompass Sync: Certain updates made to a Loan's assigned owner in Encompass were not updating the assigned user in Velocify when properly mapped. All updates made to a Loan's assigned owner in Encompass will update the assigned user in Velocify.

  • update.aspx: Incorrect error message was being sent when a lead no longer exists. The response has been corrected to include the Lead ID along with the reason.

  • Custom Report/Field : Prior changes to security policy regarding the storage and handling of sensitive and/or personally identifiable information resulted in the display of erroneous values within the Social Security Number field if included in a custom report. The inclusion of SSN as a custom field will now display the correct values.
