These are the release notes for the Encompass TPO Connect 23.3 Major Release. They include a high-level overview of new features, feature and form enhancements, and fixed issues, followed by more detailed information and instructions where appropriate.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Administration)

Feature Enhancements

• New Display Account Executive From Sales Rep Role Within Loan File Contacts (Optional) Setting Added Under Additional Settings (NGENT-24833) - A new Display Account Executive From Sales Rep Role Within Loan File Contacts (Optional) setting has been added under Additional Settings. When enabled by channel, the Account Executive contact information will be populated from the Sales Rep role within the loan’s file contacts (instead of from the primary Sales Rep of the company).

By default, this setting will be disabled.

• New Custom Full Page Option Added to Dashboard Widgets Tab Under Pages & Links Setting (NGENT-31553) - A new Custom Full Page option has been added to the Dashboard Widgets tab under the Pages & Links setting. When enabled, the entire Welcome page will be replaced with a full size SSF page.

By default, this setting will be disabled.

• Updated Services Management Setting (NGENT-29900) - The required credential fields () column has been moved from the individual provider page to the Services Management listing page to eliminate the need for users to access each individual provider page to determine whether credentials have been configured.

• New Events Added to Secure Scripting Framework (NGENT-31838) - Secure Scripting Framework (SSF) has been enhanced with additional events:

• Added support for close event for SSF loan object

• Added support for close event for TPO application object (since some clients may still be using this object)

• When closing the loan or creating a new loan when the previous loan is still active:

• Clear old loan data from the cache/memory

• Send loan close event from the TPO application to child applications/widgets

• When registering a loan in the URLA 2020 form:

• Send loan save event from the TPO application to child applications/widgets

• When saving/updating a loan in URLA:

• Send loan save event from the TPO application to child applications/widgets

• When moving away from a loan:

• Send loan close event from loan object to child applications/widgets

• For both SSF loan object and TPO application object

• Updated Navigation Menu Settings to Reflect Changes to Left Navigation Links in Their Corresponding Page Headers (NGENT-32122) - The Navigation Menu Settings have been updated to enable TPO sites to reflect any changes to the left navigation links in their corresponding page headers.

• Updated Contact Settings (NGENT-31226) - The Contact Settings has been updated with a new Key Loan Contacts Modal Configuration section. In this section, you can select the key loan contacts to be displayed by channel.

• Updated Batch Document Upload Setting (NGENT-32950) - The Batch Document Upload setting has been updated. The changes made to the setting are as follows:

• The default left navigation link and page name has been renamed from “Batch Document Upload” to “Batch Upload”.

• The Enable document upload pipeline views check box has been renamed to “Enable Batch Upload views”.

• The Add View and Edit View modals have been updated as follows:

• An Import additional data check box has been added.

• The Document upload locations option has been renamed to “Document upload” and changed to a check box.

• The Enable loan action button check box has been moved to the bottom of the modal and a User message field has been added when the check box is selected.

Fixed Issues

• Encompass Persona Access to Loans Business Rule Restricting User Access to Unassigned Loan Files Only Now Honored by Encompass TPO Connect (NGENT-31313) - Fixed an issue where an Encompass Persona Access to Loans rule that restricted user access to unassigned loan files only in the eFolder was not honored by Encompass TPO Connect.

• Configurable Workflow Templates Now Displayed in Encompass TPO Connect When Either Custom Loan Navigation Option Under Pages & Links Setting or Navigation Menu Settings Enabled (NGENT-33049) - Fixed an issue where Configurable Workflow Templates were not displayed when either the Custom Loan Navigation option on the Loan Navigation tab under the Pages & Link setting or the Navigation Menu Settings were enabled.

• TPO Contacts Link Now Displayed for User Impersonating Broker When Enable New Navigation Menu Settings Option Under Navigation Menu Settings Enabled (NGENT-33888) - Fixed an issue where the TPO Contacts link at the top of the page was not displayed for a user impersonating a broker when the Enable New Navigation Menu Settings option under Navigation Menu Settings was enabled and then that user logged into Encompass TPO Connect.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Website Updates)

Form Updates

• New Buydown Fields Added to URLA 2020 Lender Loan Information and Encompass Product and Pricing (EPPS) (NGENT-32556) - Added Buydown Contributor and Buydown Type fields that are available when the user selects the Temporary Interest Rate Buydown/Initial Buydown rate field.

• Removed Extra Verbiage on Required Fields Window (NGENT-23918) - Removed “is a required field” from the end of each field that is listed on the required fields window.

• Added New Fee and Option to add Additional Fees to Fee Management Page (NGENT-31514) - A new USDA Annual Fee line has been added to the Section G. Initial Escrow Payment at Closing section on the Loan Estimate Fee Management page. Users can also add up to 3 additional fees in this section.

• Added and Updated Options Added to ARM Index Type Field on Adjustable Rate Mortgage Window (NGENT-33036) - Added four new arm index type options and updated three existing options to indicate that they are retired arm types.

• Other Field in Loan Features Section Converted to Drop-Down Field (NGENT-33406) - The Other field (Encompass field URLA.X143) in the Loan Features section on the URLA 2020 / Lender Loan Information form has been converted from a free entry field to an editable drop-down field.

• New Option Added to Freddie Mac Offering Identifier (NGENT-33410) - A new HeritageOne option has been added to the Freddie Mac Offering Identifier field on the URLA 2020 / Additional Information page.

• Support Added for Accessory Dwelling Units (NGENT-33414) - A new Accessory Dwelling Units section has been added to the URLA 2020 / Loan and Property Information form.

Pipeline Updates

• Search Behavior Updated for Pipeline Searches (NGENT-27247) - A change has been made to the pipeline search behavior. With this update, users now need to enter their desired search parameters and then press Enter or Tab to perform the search.

Batch Upload

• Batch Document Upload Now Changed to Batch Upload (NGENT-32946, NGENT-33184) - The Batch Document Upload feature has been changed to Batch Upload and now enables users to import additional loan data to a loan file in addition to uploading documents.

Product and Pricing

• Message Displayed When Lock Desk is Temporarily Shut Down (NGENT-24760) - A message is now displayed when a user visits the Product Pricing & Lock page while the Administrator has temporarily shut down the lock desk in Encompass. Previously, users were not made aware that the lock desk was temporarily shut down until after they performed the search.

• Total Monthly Debt renamed to Total Monthly Consumer Debt for Scenarios (NGENT-32267) - The Total Monthly Debt field has been renamed to Total Monthly Consumer Debt on the Scenarios page.

Enhanced Conditions

• Placeholders for Documents Required for Enhanced Conditions Now Created When Condition is Added in Web Version of Encompass (NGENT-32221) - When an enhanced condition template containing documents is added to a loan, a document folder is now created for the required documents if one does not already exist on the loan.

• Added Ability to Drag and Drop or Upload Documents on the Enhanced Conditions Page (NGENT-21657) - Users can now drag and drop documents or click and select documents on their computer to add directly to an enhanced condition. This change makes it easier for users to satisfy conditions without having to navigate to the Documents page.

Services

• New View Details Option Added for Service Orders (NGENT-31625) - A new View Details button has been added to enable users to view order details for manual orders.

Feature Enhancement

• Key Loan Contact Email Addresses Now Clickable (NGENT-30726) - A change has been made to the key contact email addresses to enable users to click on the link and initiate an email with their default email program.

Fixed Issues

• Users Can View Borrower Pairs When Loan is View Only (NGENT-24345) - Fixed an issue where users were unable to view additional borrower pairs for URLA 2020 loans when the loan was in a view only state.

• Trans Details Interviewer ID now Updates When Loan Officer is Changed (NGENT-30349) - Fixed an issue where the Trans Details Interviewer ID field (Encompass filed 3239) was not updated when the loan officer on the file was changed.

• Subject Property Removed from Real Estate Owned When Subject Loan is a Refinance (NGENT-31752) - Fixed an issue where the subject property was being included in the Real Estate Owned calculations when the loan was a refinance loan.

• Request Loan Estimate Button Now Disabled After Loan Estimate is Requested (NGENT-32474) - Fixed an issue where the Request Loan Estimate button was still enabled after a TPO had already requested a Loan Estimate.

• Current Date Highlighted When Selecting Date Field (NGENT-33597) - Fixed an issue where today’s date was not highlighted when first selecting a date field.

• Users can Now Save After Changing State Field (NGENT-33588) - Fixed an issue where entering or updating information in any state field on a loan was not recognized as a loan change which prevented users from being able to save.

• Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Now Enforced When Single Sign On (SSO) is Disabled (NGENT-33851) - Fixed an issue where some users could sign in with only the username and password when MFA was enabled but SSO was not enabled.

• Missing Fields Provided When Submitting Loan from Batch Upload Page (NGENT-32227) - Fixed an issue where users were not provided with the fields that were missing when submitting a loan from the Batch Upload page.
