These are the release notes for the Encompass TPO Connect 22.3 Major Release. They include a high-level overview of new features, feature and form enhancements, and fixed issues, followed by more detailed information and instructions where appropriate.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Administration)

Feature Enhancements

• Custom Fields Now Available When Configuring Loan Summary Ribbon Custom Fields Setting Under Additional Settings (NGENT-22661) - When the Loan Summary Ribbon Custom Fields setting was introduced as part of the Encompass TPO Connect 20.1 May Service Pack release, only standard fields could be configured to be displayed on the ribbon at the top of the Loan Summary page. With this release, custom fields can now be added to the Loan Summary ribbon.

• New Ability to Add Loan Summary Banner to URLA Pages (NGENT-22325) - A Loan Summary banner can now be added to the URLA pages.

• New Ability to Perform Page Redirects From Certain Left Navigation Menu Items to External Pages (NGENT-22674) - As part of the Secure Scripting Framework (SSF) updates in the Encompass TPO Connect 19.2 major release, the ability to redirect host pages to standard Encompass TPO Connect pages (e.g., Loan Summary, Documents, and Fees) was added. With this release, the ability to redirect from certain left navigation menu items (e.g., Loan Estimate Fee Management, Documents, and Conditions) to external pages has been added.

• Left Navigation Menu Label and Corresponding Page Label Now Match (NGENT-23834) - Prior to this release, if a left navigation menu label was renamed on the Pages & Links Loan Navigation tab or the URLA 2020 setting, the corresponding page label in the TPO website was not updated with the new name. With this release, the left navigation menu label and the corresponding page label will now both be updated with the new name.

• New External Page Option Added to Loan Summary Ribbon Custom Fields Setting Under Additional Settings (NGENT-25269) - A new “External Page” option has been added to the Loan Summary Ribbon Custom Fields setting. This new setting enables you to display an external page in the Loan Summary ribbon in your TPO website.

• New Credit Providers Section Added to Configure Drop Down Menus Setting Under Additional Settings (NGENT-26207) - A new “Select the credit providers you want to include in the credit provider drop down” section has been added to the Configure Drop down Menus setting. This new section enables you to select which credit providers will be available in the credit provider drop down list.

Fixed Issues

• Loans Can Now Be Assigned to All Levels of Child Branch Extensions (NGENT-25489) - Fixed an issue where a loan could only be assigned to the child company directly below the parent company.

• Updated Behavior of Company DBA Name and Branch DBA Name Fields on Manage Account Page (NGENT-25605) - Fixed an issue where the Company DBA Name and Branch DBA Name fields on the Personal Account and Company Account tabs on the Manage Account page did not display a value or displayed the wrong value.

• Limited Loan Access Notifications No Longer Displayed When Persona Access to Loans Business Rule Applies Do Not Apply Access (NGENT-26717) - Fixed an issue where a user received a “Your access to this loan file is limited.” warning if a Persona Access to Loans business rule applied the “Does Not Apply” access to at least one of the user’s personas.

• Links to Documents Uploaded to Assets Page Now Defaults to HTTPS:// (NGENT-27058) - Fixed an issue where links to documents uploaded to the Assets page defaulted to “HTTP://”.

• Est Closing Cost Date Now Matches on Custom Header and Additional Information Section of URLA (NGENT-27059) - Fixed an issue where the Est Closing Cost (field ID 763) date on the custom header did not match the Est Closing Cost (field ID 763) date in the Additional Information section of the URLA.

• Updated Error Message Displayed When Loan Action Completion Business Rule With Advanced Condition Requiring Documents With Attachments Triggered (NGENT-26837) - Fixed an issue where a generic “Unknown error” message was displayed when a Loan Action Completion business rule with an advanced condition of “[16] = 2” and requiring documents with attachments was triggered.

What's In This Release (TPO Connect Website Updates)

URLA 2020

• Updated Process for Adding Verification Information (NGENT-24929) - A change has been to the process for adding fields to data used in verifications. This change is intended to prevent users from adding a record (for example: assets) and inadvertently submitting the loan with blank fields.

• Field Formats Updated (NGENT-25393) - Several fields have been converted from rounded amounts to now display two-digit decimal amounts to record the amount in cents.

• ARM Index Type Field Values Updated (NGENT-25843) - The values for the ARM Index Type field (Encompass field ID 1959) have been updated to reflect the values in Encompass.

• New FRE Indicators Added to the Source of Funds List (NGENT-26793) - The Source of Funds drop-down list in the Other New Mortgage Loans on the Property You are Buying or Refinancing section on the URLA / Loan and Property Information page has been updated to include the letters FRE to indicate that specific options apply to Freddie Mac.

Loan Estimate Fee Management

• Monthly Amount and Number of Months Fields Added for Homeowner’s Insurance Premium (NGENT-25609) - The Monthly Amount field and Number of Months field have been added for Homeowner’s Insurance Premium in Section F. Prepaids on the Loan Estimate Fee Management page.

• Added Ability to Enter Loan Origination Fees to the Loan Estimate Fee Management Page (NGET-25440) - The ability to record loan origination fees has been added to the Origination Charges section on the Loan Estimate Fee Management page.

Feature Enhancements

• Added Index Source and Gift Source Fields (NGENT-23136) - The Index Source field (Encompass field ID CASASRN.X135) and Gift Source field (Encompass field MCAWPUR.X9) have been added to TPO Connect for FHA Dual AUS orders.

• Required Fields Window Now Displays When Requesting Title Fees (NGENT-27012) - A new window now displays when a loan is missing required fields when ordering title fees in TPO Connect. This change enables TPOs to place successful orders for title fees.

• New Message Added When Attempting to Import Loan With More Than Six Borrower Pairs (NGENT-27104) - A new message has been added to inform users that they are unable to import loans with more than six borrower pairs.

Fixed Issues

• Desktop Underwriting Results no Longer Inaccurately Display Approve/Eligible for Some Loans (NGENT-26594) - Fixed an issue where some loans inaccurately received an Approve/Eligible DU Recommendation when using the Dual AUS option.

• Date Added no Longer Blank When Printing Standard Conditions List (NGENT-26988) - Fixed an issue where the Date Added column was blank when printing a list of standard conditions from TPO Connect.

• Account Executive Can Now View Pipeline Without Errors (NGENT-27330) - Fixed an issue where the account executive would receive error messages when viewing the Pipeline.

• AUS Ordered Date Field Now Populated For Dual AUS Orders (NGENT-23146) - Fixed an issue where the AUS order date was not populated to the AUS Ordered Date field (Encompass field ID TPO.X118) in Encompass.

• Fixed Countries Listed for Foreign Addresses (NGENT-28103) - Added missing countries and corrected misspellings for existing countries in the Country field for foreign addresses.

• Fixed Registering Issue Caused by Refreshing After Importing a Loan (NGENT-28173) - Fixed an issue where loan data was not saved correctly after refreshing TPO Connect while importing a new loan.

• No Co-Applicant Added as Option for Fields 4132, 4133, and 4134 For Loan Action Completion Rule (NGENT-25921) - Fixed an Issue where No Co-Applicant was not an option in TPO Connect on the Required Fields window for Encompass fields 4132, 4133, and 4134. This issue occurred when these Encompass fields were required fields in a Loan Action Completion rule.

• Pipeline Date Field Behavior Updated (NGENT-27245) - Fixed an issue where the date selection fields on the Pipeline were using an older date selection method.

• TPO Site URL no Longer Missing From Conditions Print Preview (NGENT-25141) - Fixed an issue where the TPO site URL was missing from the lower left corner on the print preview page for conditions.
