Ordering Credit
As with Encompass, you can order credit reports from a network of services providers without leaving Encompass Mobile. Credit reports are saved to the Encompass eFolder and are accessible from the Encompass Desktop program. Credit reports can be ordered from the following vendors:

If a credit report was previously ordered on a loan file, the credit report is accessible by tapping the Credit Report button.
- For security reasons, a PDF credit report is not viewable in Encompass Mobile. HTML Reports are viewable in Encompass Mobile.
Note: On a mobile phone, tap the Menu icon and select Credit Reports to create a new loan.
To Order Credit;

From the Loan Summary screen, tap Order Credit Report.
- On a mobile phone, tap the Menu icon
and select Credit Reports to order a new credit report.
Note: After a credit report has been ordered on a loan file, the Order Credit Report button changes to Credit Report. Tapping the Credit Report button enables you to view existing credit reports or order an additional report.
- On a mobile phone, tap the Menu icon

Verify the loan information on the Credit Report Ordering screen and then tap Order on the upper-right.
- To charge the credit report to a separate credit card from the one on file with the credit vendor, tap Charge Report To Credit Card and enter the new credit card details.

When the credit report is returned, tap Import Liabilities to import the liabilities from the credit report to the loan file.

On the Liabilities screen, select the liabilities to import and tap Import.
- Tap OK on the import confirmation window to return to the loan file.
