Logging Into and Out of Encompass Mobile

After Encompass Mobile access has been granted, you can log in at https://www.encompassmobile.com. Tap the Client ID, User ID, and Password fields to enter your credentials, and then tap the Log In button. The Client ID is your SmartClient ID (not the Client ID you use to log into the Encompass desktop program), which is provided by your Encompass administrator.

 

As an added security measure, Encompass Mobile utilizes a process known as two-factor authentication. When logging into Encompass Mobile from an unknown device you will be prompted to enter a code, which is sent to your phone via text message or phone call from our automated system. This extra security helps protect your account even if someone knows your password. After entering the code, you can tap Remember this device for 90 days to skip this process for 90 days.

 

To log out of Encompass Mobile, tap the Menu icon and select Log Out.

  • Encompass Mobile automatically logs you out after 10 minutes of inactivity. A notification is provided one minute before you are logged out.

Note: Encompass Mobile is not accessible if you are blocking cookies or disabling JavaScript in your browser. The use of ad blockers may prevent Ellie Mae from troubleshooting your system if you experience a problem with Encompass Mobile.
