Change Date: 1/27/2022 Details:The entry for New Options for Source of Funds Option Added to Verification of Additional Loans Input Form on the Feature Enhancements page has been updated with a revised Updated Fannie Mae DU and Freddie Mac LP Options in dropdown Lists entry to provide additional information about changes made to dropdown lists as a result of Fannie Mae DU and Freddie Mac LP updates. |

| Change Type: New information added Change Date: 12/9/2021 Details: The following new information was added to the System Requirements & SDK Upgrade Requirement for Encompass section in the introduction of the release notes to explain that Encompass SDK users must first uninstall earlier 21.3 SDK packages prior to installing the new SDK package provided for Encompass 21.4 and 21.4.0.1 Server Patch 1. (This note was also added to the Feature Enhancements for Version 21.4.0.1 Server Patch 1 section and the Fixed Issues for Version 21.4.0.1 Server Patch 1 section of the release notes.) Important Note: In order to successfully install the SDK for this release, you must first uninstall the 21.3.0.x SDK prior to installing the new SDK for 21.4. Failure to uninstall these earlier 21.3 SDKs may result in errors when upgrading to the 21.4 SDK. |

The issue and resolution described in the entry was applicable to earlier versions of Encompass, not Encompass 21.4. Issue Resolved: AIQ Loan Log Notification Available in Only One Encompass Instance on Multi-Tenant Machines Subscribed to AIQ Notification On a multi-tenant server, if two Encompass instances are enabled with AIQ, the green AIQ message notifications that display in the Loan Log’s Alerts & Messages tab along with a pop-up message that notifies the loan team member when new updates to the loan file are available, were only being provided in one of the instances. This issue has been resolved so that the green AIQ message notification is now provided in all AIQ enabled Encompass instances. |
| Change Type: New entries added Change Date: 11/29/2021 Details: The following new entry was added to the Feature Enhancements section: Windows 11 Operating System Now Supported Windows 11, Build 22471.1000 is now supported for use with Encompass 21.4 For more information about Encompass system requirements and compatibility with third-party applications, refer to the System Requirements and Compatibility Matrix. In addition, a link to the 21.4 Administrator's Checklist was added to the Introduction section of these release notes. The following new entries were added to the Fixed Issues section: System Audit Trail and Reporting Database Now Updating as Expected When New AIQ Data is Retrieved After Encompass retrieved new AIQ data and a loan save was performed, the System Audit Trail and Encompass Reporting Database were not being updated accordingly because the system was not recognizing any changes between the Encompass client and server data. Since users rely on the Reporting Database field changes for their workflow and were not notified of any changes, they were needing to manually review each file for updates. This issue has been resolved so that the System Audit Trail and Encompass Reporting Database are now updated accordingly when changed AIQ data is retrieved in Encompass.
