Use the Status Online Tool to publish loan status updates to a secure website (Encompass Consumer Connect, Loan Connect, or TPO Connect ) for viewing by your borrowers and partners. When you use the Status Online tool to publish updates, you can also edit any notification emails that are sent with the updates. When you publish an update, an entry is also added to the Loan Log if an email is sent.

The Status Online tool includes two tabs:

  • WebCenter - Used to publish status online updates to an Encompass Consumer Connect site or Loan Connect .

  • TPO WebCenter - Used to publish status online updates to the TPO Connect. This tab is visible only to TPO Connect customers working with loans that were originated from the TPO Connect.

Each tab on the Status Online tool includes two sections:

  • Select to Publish - This section includes a list of Status Online update that are available to publish for the loan. The checkbox for an update is selected by default if a change in the loan file has triggered the update, or if the update is manual with no trigger. Each entry includes the update Name, the Date when the update was triggered, an indication of whether an email notification will be sent, the Update method (automatic or manual), and the Status Trigger for the update.

  • Already Published - This section includes a list of Status Online updates that have already been published for the loan. Each entry includes the update Name, the Date when the update was published, and an indication of whether an email notification was sent.
