Encompass Consumer Connect Admin Enhancements

New Option Available to Associate the Company License to the Default Loan App Recipient (NGCC-17935) — A new option added to the Website Builder page allows lender administrators to choose whether the company license or the loan officer's license will be associated with the default loan application recipient.

Ability to Clear a Custom Domain (NGCC-63867) — New functionality has been added to the Website Builder page to clear a custom domain name. A lender administrator clicks the Clear Domain button to return the site's custom domain name back to the previous standard domain.

Enhanced SSL Certificate Management for Custom Domains (NGCC-67337) — The Custom Domain Settings configuration tool has been enhanced to allow lender administrators to submit a request for the certificate approval email to be resent.
Loan Application Workflow Enhancements

Enhancements Made to the Loan Application Workflow Editor (NGCC-66817, NGCC-66198) — The layout of the Loan Application Workflow editor has been updated and reorganized to improve usability. With this release, the loan application sections are divided into two new categories: Admin Configurations and Loan App Sections.

Ability to Re-Order the Sections within the Loan Application (NGCC-64352) — Enhanced flexibility for lender to re-order the sections within loan application to create their unique workflow.

Ability to Add and Manage Help Text in the Loan Application (NGCC-66716) — A new option has been added to give lender administrators the ability to add custom help text to loan application fields and to manage default help text.

Ability to Pass Custom Values to Encompass Loans (NGCC-67409) — Lender administrators can use this section to dynamically generate and send URL parameters that need to be saved into custom fields of the loan file.

New Fields Added to the Manage Your Properties Section to Capture Real Estate Owned (REO) Details (NGCC-67068) — The fields that capture REO details in the loan application have been made available in the Manage Your Properties section of the Loan Application Workflow editor. This enhancement gives lender administrators the ability to Show/Hide, Require, and edit these fields.

Expanded Support for Custom Fields (NGCC-68109, NGCC-68285) — The loan application sections for Joint Credit and Current Monthly Housing Expenses have been enhanced to support custom fields. Lender administrators can add up to five custom fields to each section.
Embedded Borrower Widgets and SSO Sites

New Option Available for Adding a Link to the Privacy Policy (NGCC-44002) — A new option has been made available for embedded borrower widgets and SSO sites that allows lender administrators to add a link to their privacy policy.
Services Enhancements

Ability Added to Hide Credit Points from Borrower Rate Results (NGCC-67683) — A new option has been added to the Product and Pricing Settings that controls whether discount and credit points will be displayed to borrowers in Rate search results.

Improved Messaging on Home Owners Insurance Task Cards (NGCC-65655, NGCC-66824) — Improvements have been made to the message text that is displayed on Home Owners Insurance task cards when no quotes are found or when a quote was not submitted successfully. Both messages provide more information and a phone number the borrower can call to speak with a licensed insurance representative.
Borrower Portal Enhancements

Added Logic to Display the Loan Application after Account Creation/Log In (NGCC-65221) — When saving a new loan application, the borrower is prompted to log in to the borrower portal or create a borrower portal account. After logging in with existing credentials or new account credentials, the borrower will be directed back to the loan application instead of the borrower portal.
Loan Application Enhancements

Auto Lookup and Auto Complete Functionality Added to Current and Previous Address Fields (NGCC-36050, NGCC-65836) — Auto-complete functionality has been added to Current Residence and Previous Residence Address fields.

New Pending Sale Date Field for Real Estate Owned Added to Loan Application (NGCC-62541) — When a borrower selects Pending Sale as the Property Status for an REO asset, the new Pending Sale Date (field ID FM0059) field is displayed.

Updates Made to HELOC Fields Logic Logic (NGCC-66033) — When HELOC is selected as the Loan Purpose and the Product and Pricing service is enabled for the workflow, the Rates confirmation page will now display the questions Do you have a mortgage balance? and What is your mortgage balance? along with the other HELOC-related fields.
Rebranding Updates

Logo Updates (NGCC-62591) — In support of our company naming update, the Ellie Mae logo displayed in the footer of each page of Consumer Connect sites, borrower portal, loan application, and Consumer Connect Admin has changed to "Powered by ICE".
Usage Note

Prevent Email Notifications from Going into the Spam Folder — If borrowers are not receiving the automated emails from Consumer Connect, it is possible the emails are being filtered out and moved to the spam folder. To help prevent this issue, configure a Sender Email Address that uses your company domain. For instructions, see Add a Sender Email Address.

Using Google Analytics with Encompass Consumer Connect Guide Now Available — This guide describes how lender administrators can add a Google Analytics tracking ID to Consumer Connect sites and borrower widgets for SSO and non-SSO sites to track the actions a site visitor or borrower takes on their site—such as when they submit a loan application, enter the borrower portal, and more.
