Fixed Issues for Version 22.3
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred when sell side pricing was requested from Encompass for HELOC Cash Out ARM or HELOC Cash Out Refi loans. When the Get Sell Pricing button was selected, and the user logged into EPPS, a message “A system error has occurred.” was displayed. This issue has been resolved and when sell side pricing is requested for HELOC Cash Out ARM or HELOC Cash Out Refi loans, the EPPS Qualify tab is displayed with the eligible programs.

An issue occurred for both CPM Conditions and Matrices when a new condition or matrix was created. The Office drop down field listed offices associated with all clients and the Program drop down field listed programs associated with all investors. This issue has been resolved and the Office and Program drop down fields display only the offices associated with the current client and the programs associated with the current custom investor.

An issue occurred where the check box label for the “Adjust SRP” and “Adjust SRP by Rate” tasks (located under the Description field) was not updated when the “View SRPs” user right was added as part of the EPPS 22.2 release. This issue has been resolved and the check box label has been updated from “Display Description Only to Users with View Profit Margins rights” to “Display Description Only to Users with View SRP or View Profit Margin & SRPs rights”.
