Fixed Issues for Version 22.1
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where if the FHA Case Number Date was used to determine the effective Ginnie Mae loan limits, only the FHA loan limits were applied (the High Balance loan limits were not applied). This issue has been resolved and both loan limits are now applied when the FHA Case Number Date is used to determine the effective loan limits.

An issue occurred where a system error was generated in EPPS when either 99574 or 99686 was entered as a subject property’s zip code in Encompass, and then Get Pricing was selected. This issue has been resolved and using either the 99574 or 99686 zip code when pricing a loan no longer generates a system error.

An issue occurred where the DTI in EPPS did not match the DTI in Encompass when a liability was entered on the VOOL in Encompass, and then Get Pricing was selected. In addition, the liability on the VOOL was not included in the Monthly Debt on the Finances tab. These issues have been resolved and the DTIs now match when a loan is priced and the liability on the VOOL is now included in the Monthly Debt on the Finances tab.
