Release Notes Change Log for Version 22.1

This Change Log lists each release notes entry that has been added, deleted, or modified since the initial pre-release version was published.

Change Type: Removed entries

Change Date: 4/15/2022

Details: The following updates were rolled back and removed from this EPPS 22.1 release on 4/15/2022. Therefore, these two entries below have been removed from the Feature Enhancements page.

Due to these updates in 22.1, incorrect values were being calculated for Annual Property Tax (field ID 1405), Annual Homeowners Insurance (field ID 230), Monthly Association Dues (field ID 233), and Monthly Rental Income (field ID 1005) in Encompass and EPPS. To address these issues, the two feature updates were rolled back on 4/15/2022. For more information, please refer to KA# 000114088 and KA# 000114095.

Entries Removed:

Field Behavior for Various Fields Updated on Finances and Property Tabs

The following fields on the Finances and Property tabs will no longer be editable and will be grayed out if their values are passed from Encompass to EPPS to prevent a mismatch of amounts when the values are passed back to Encompass.

  • Finances tab

  • Liquid Assets

  • Retirement Accounts

  • Annual Income

  • Monthly Debt

  • Gift Funds $

  • Property tab

  • Market Value (For other real estate owned supported by EPPS)

  • Mortgage Balance (For other real estate owned supported by EPPS)

  • Monthly Payment (For other real estate owned supported by EPPS)

  • Rental Income (For other real estate owned supported by EPPS)

  • If the Lien Position is switched to" 2nd Mortgage", the values are altered, and then the Lien Position is switched back to "1st Mortgage", the fields will retain the values passed from Encompass.

  • To edit the values, they must be updated in Encompass and then resubmitted to EPPS.

New Fields Added to ICE Mortgage Technology Partner Network

The following fields have been added to the ICE Mortgage Technology Partner Network to enable the values to be passed back from EPPS to Encompass.

  • Annual Property Tax – After the amount in EPPS is divided by 12, that amount will be passed back to field ID 1405.

  • Annual Homeowner’s Insurance – After the amount in EPPS is divided by 12, that amount will be passed back to field ID 230.

  • Monthly Association Dues – Amount will be passed back to field ID 233.

  • Monthly Rental Income – Amount will be passed back to field ID 1005.
