Fixed Issues for December 2019 Service Pack
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where different program names were displayed on the Qualify tab based on whether the loan was locked or relocked. When the loan was initially locked, the Virtual Program name was displayed on the tab. When the loan was relocked, the Target Program name was displayed on the tab. This issue has been resolved and the Virtual Program name is now displayed on the Qualify tab when loans are locked or relocked.
