Feature Enhancements in December 2019 Service Pack

An issue occurred where ARM Programs in the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) using certain ARM Indices did not pass a value back to the ARM Index Type (field ID 4512) on the Lock Request Form in Encompass. This issue has been resolved and all indices are now passed from EPPS to Encompass.

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has announced its 2020 mortgage limits. The nationwide forward mortgage limit "floor" and "ceiling" for a one-unit property is $331,760 and $765,600, respectively.
