Change Type: New entry Change Date: 12/11/2019 Details: The following entry was added to the Feature Enhancements page. 2020 FHA Mortgage Limits The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has announced its 2020 mortgage limits. The nationwide forward mortgage limit "floor" and "ceiling" for a one-unit property is $331,760 and $765,600, respectively. For additional information, refer to the HUD 2020 Maximum Mortgage Limits announcement. EPPS-24436
